We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
4. Contests, Sweepstakes and Promotions
Any contests, sweepstakes or other promotions (collectively, “Promotions”) made available through Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms of Service. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms of Service, Promotion rules will apply.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We do not issue cash refunds.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it or defective. It must also be in the original packaging.
To return or exchange your product, please contact us at biblio.storeinfo@gmail.com. To process your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for shipping costs. If the product is received by us in unused and undamaged condition and in its original packaging, we will send a replacement or, in the case that it is not possible to send a replacement, allow an exchange for the same classification of product within equal retail value.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as gift cards and downloadable software products. These goods are identified on the website and during the ordering process as being non-returnable.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
6. Content
